Pals Holiday Catalog Blog Hop... and my OWLganizer!!

Glad you could join us for some holiday crafting with the Stampin' Pretty Pals! You've probably hopped over from Nicole Watt at Impressions by Nicole. I'm stop number 25 on the Pals Hop and I'm glad you hopped in! I'll help you "hop along" from blog to blog where you'll find great ideas for Stampin' Up! projects featuring the new Holiday Catalog! Should you hop off course, simply click on any of the links in the Pals Hop Line-up below and you'll be back on track.

I am so happy to be joining in on my very first Pals Blog Hop.  I hope you enjoy my Holiday Organizer.  However, I am calling this one my OWLganizer because I used our great new Snow Festive Designer Series Paper, highlighted with images from the new Owl Occasions Stamp Set.

I had so much fun making this project.  I saw something similar last year, that was shared as a "Twelve Days of Christmas" Project Blog from my friend and fellow consultant, Karen Herrmann.  It appears that she did hers thru MDS, but I tend to like the 3D look better.  I livened it up quite a bit and made it "mine".  It is made with a Stampin' Up Clear Mount Stamp Case.  The inside left has a calendar for both November and December.  I am making some for an early December craft show that I will just use a December calendar on.  These calendars were printed from www.myfreecalendarmaker.com.  There is a blank card connected to each of the tabs on the inside right.  They can serve as a divider as well as a place to keep a list.  Ideas for the tabs... "Shopping List", "Gifts Purchased", "Receipts", or "To Do".  You can use it for whatever helps YOU stay organized during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.

Project Ingredients:

Paper- Snow Festive Designer Series Paper (#126908), Cardstock- Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, and Gumball Green
Stamp Set-  Owl Occasions (Wood Mount #128000 or Clear Mount #128003)
Stamp Pads- Cherry Cobbler, Gumball Green, and Soft Suede
Tools & Accessories- Apothecary Accents Framelits (#127003), Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine (#113439), Large Pearl Basic Jewels (#125557), 2 1/2" Circle Punch (#120906), 1 3/4" Circle Punch (#119850), 1 3/8" Circle Punch (#119860), and Modern Label Punch (#119849)

  5. How precious! That is a fantastic idea for those disorganized/busy shoppers. I guess most of us fall into that category these days. I may have to try my hand at a couple of these. They are a "hoot".
